General Terms

Dalianes Travel is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Dalianes Travel (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Dalianes Travel therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, such as the Americans with disabilities act (ADA) or any intentional or negligent actions of omission on the part of such suppliers, which results in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members.

Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Dalianes Travel does not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, disease, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omission, or conditions outside the travel agents control.

While Dalianes Travel will make every effort to keep you advised, traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Dalianes Travel strongly suggests purchasing appropriate insurance coverage against these risks and will discuss the full benefits of such upon request.

California Seller of Travel Registration

The California Seller of Travel Program is a program developed by the State of California to protect consumers purchasing travel-related products. A California Seller of Travel Number (CST #) means that our agency is recognized by the State of California as a seller of travel, and that we are properly registered. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

General Disclosures

Prior to any payments received by us, any terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, must be clearly, conspicuously, and fully disclosed. We must also state our business name, address, telephone number, the total cost of the trip, the itinerary including the names of the travel providers, the dates and times of each departure, and any payments made and schedule of balances due.

California law requires sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. It is our policy to send funds you give us to suppliers of your travel plans as soon as we receive them. There are, however, times when this practice is not feasible. This business has a trust account, where your deposits are placed until sent to our suppliers.
